I Need to Slow Down! ADHD Issues Require Mindfulness!

Ugh, I need to slow down. So when I was filing a claim for my phone that is no longer recording audio, I was presented with the option of having it fixed for free. I was not sure what I wanted to do, so I exited out of the insurance claim before I agreed to either scheduling a $0 repair that most likely will not be able to fix the software problem. Or pay $150 for a brand new Samsung Galaxy S22 that I will never be stupid enough to keep in the bathroom while I'm taking a shower. Or go to dangerous websites. Same with the new laptop.

Ugh, I wish I could keep my old phone and get a new phone. Well, I have paid off the old phone but I would have to ship it to them if I file the insurance claim. Whatever, I just need to make sure I transfer over all the local files to the new phone before I ship back the old phone. Meh, I should just call T-Mobile and tell them what happened and just ask for a replacement phone. Meh, it says they will review the claim in the next 24 hours. I'll address it tomorrow.

But fuck, slow down and never trust technology to not be stupid and not let you go back and change things for stuff like job applications, background checks, and insurance claims. Ugh. I have too much motivation. I need to relax so I can be more productive. Go at a nice, steady pace. 👌 Slow and steady wins the race. This is a marathon; not a sprint. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

⏰️💚💯🥇💪🌅🌌

In the future, I'll work on mindfulness techniques and organizational methods of dealing with ADHD such that I leverage all of its strengths and mitigate all the weaknesses by working on them until they become one of your strengths! Like active listening! ❤️🙏✝️🌅🌌 Praise the Lord!
